Official Rules & Details

• Sponsor/Organization: Spin to Win is conducted by Portals Corporation dba Buddies Not Bullies®, a Missouri nonprofit charitable organization recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

• Eligibility: This promotion is intended for eligible participants age 18 and older in Missouri.

• Entry Platform: Entries must be completed through Zeffy. Venmo, PayPal, cash, check, Facebook comment, Instagram comment, direct message, or other informal payment or entry method will not be accepted.

• Payment Confirmation: Entries are not final until payment is completed and confirmed through Zeffy. Entries are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis according to completed Zeffy transactions.

• Entry Assignment: Entries are assigned and tracked through Zeffy. Participants do not choose their own wheel numbers, placement, or order. Each entry will be included on the wheel for the drawing entered. Buddies Not Bullies® will use Zeffy’s confirmed entry records to build the wheel for each drawing.

• Entry Limits: Participants may purchase one entry or multiple entries, up to the number available for each specific drawing. Entries are limited to the quantity available for that prize drawing.

• No Refunds: All raffle/chance purchases are final. No refunds will be issued once an entry purchase is completed, unless Buddies Not Bullies® cancels a drawing or determines that a refund is necessary due to an error or administrative issue.

• Prize Drawings: Each Spin to Win drawing features one prize or prize package. Each drawing will have its own listed value, entry price, number of available entries, opening date, closing date/time, and drawing details, including any restrictions and expiration dates. Multiple drawings may be active simultaneously during the fundraiser. Supporters should review all details for each drawing before entering.

• Drawing Timing: Each drawing will have its own listed opening date, closing date/time, and drawing details. These details will appear with the individual Zeffy listing for that drawing and/or in BNB fundraiser communications. Winners will be selected through a Facebook Live wheel spin using the confirmed Zeffy entry list for that drawing.

• Buyer Notification: Buyers will receive drawing-related notifications using the email address provided through Zeffy. Drawing reminders and updates may also be shared on the BNB website, Facebook, email, and other available BNB communication channels.

• Winner Selection: The winner will be selected by wheel spin using the confirmed Zeffy entry list for that drawing. Each confirmed entry will appear on the wheel for that drawing. The placement or order of entries on the wheel does not affect the validity of the drawing. Winners do not need to be present during the livestream drawing.

• Winner Contact: The winner will be contacted using the email address provided through Zeffy. The winner will have 72 hours from BNB’s first contact attempt to respond and begin arranging prize pickup. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, Buddies Not Bullies® may select an alternate winner by re-spinning the wheel from the same drawing entry list.

• Drawing Completion:‍ ‍Each drawing will close at its listed closing date/time. Winner selection will take place during the scheduled Facebook Live wheel spin after the drawing closes.

• Prize Pickup: Prize pickup details may vary depending on the prize. Winners are responsible for making timely pickup arrangements unless Buddies Not Bullies® specifically agrees to alternative arrangements. All prize pickups will be scheduled in advance, and pickup location details will be provided once a pickup time is confirmed.

• No Substitutions/Cash Value: Prizes have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash. Buddies Not Bullies® reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments if a prize becomes unavailable, if prize details need to be corrected, or if a comparable substitution is needed.

• Tax Note: Raffle/chance purchases are not tax-deductible charitable contributions.

• Publicity/Photo Note: By accepting a prize, the winner allows Buddies Not Bullies® to share the winner’s first name, last initial, and/or a winner announcement related to the drawing, unless the winner requests otherwise in writing before publication.

• Liability Note: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Portals Corporation dba Buddies Not Bullies®, its board members, volunteers, and representatives from claims related to participation in the drawing or acceptance/use of the prize, except where prohibited by law.
