  • Be YOU!

Buddies Not Bullies offers a variety of interactive programs for kids spanning early childhood through high-school & beyond. Kindergarten and primary grades receive basic information & beginning practice with skill sets regarding conflict resolution, improved communication skills, & social-emotional skill development.

Our flagship program, All In, is delivered over the course of the entire school year expanding awareness and continuing identification & skill building. Middle school students participate in the Play It Safe courses. These students identify bullying & harassment as it relates to electronic communications such as text messaging, social networking, & email. They learn how to identify disinformation & how to safely share with peers while reducing the risk factors associated with on-line predators.

Finally, Buddies Not Bullies offers the "YOU-Niquely Social" Leadership Program & Day Camps. This interactive program provides teens with opportunities to develop leadership skills, & helps Kindergarten through 5th grade children learn about leadership, making friends, including others, personal differences, & other helpful social strategies such as taking turns, personal space, & cooperation.

  • Be Involved!

Successful prevention programs involve the family as an integral part of the prevention process. Buddies Not Bullies encourages parental involvement in a variety of ways, but we also recognize how busy moms and dads get. So we make it as easy as possible to access just in time information!

We know that our programs work and that they're a valuable resource for our community! We already have 2 FREE digital learning series for any adult who works with or cares about children, and we look to expand learning opportunities across the nation!

Your generosity during Giving Tuesday will move us even closer to our vision of being not only a local source of knowledge, but also a national resource!!

  • Be Kind!

Bullying involves extremely complex interplay of relational, attitudinal, cultural, behavioral, individual, & systemic factors. The explosion of electronic communication has only compounded the problem of bullying. Parents & educators lack adequate time, information & support to help children master the skills we teach, particularly in the areas of Internet safety & etiquette.

Since 2005, Buddies Not Bullies has built an evidence based curriculum rooted in best practices to tackle bullying, and build healthy relationships in families, friendships, and community. Nearly two generations of children have come through our programs. We’ve had the honor and the privilege to touch the lives of over 10,000 people in our community, while logging an astounding 75,000 hours of service.
